Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 16, 2026 | Version 2.1
Sky2Road LLC — professional travel assistance provider

Welcome to Sky2Road.com (“Site”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the travel assistance, booking facilitation, and support services provided by Sky2Road LLC, an independent travel assistance company. By accessing our Site, requesting a booking, or paying for our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read carefully. Sky2Road is not a direct airline, cruise line, hotel, or tour operator. We act solely as an independent travel assistance provider, helping you research, compare, and facilitate travel bookings with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, etc.).

1. Service Scope

Sky2Road LLC provides travel assistance and booking facilitation services. Our services include:

  • Assisting customers in finding flight, hotel, cruise, and car rental options.
  • Facilitating reservations and bookings with third-party travel suppliers.
  • Providing 24/7 customer support for post-booking changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries.
  • Processing service fees for our professional assistance and coordination.

We do not operate any flights, hotels, or cruises. All travel products are delivered directly by third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”) such as airlines and hotel chains. Any contract for the actual travel service is solely between you and the Supplier.

2. Booking Assistance Terms

When you request a booking through Sky2Road, we act as your authorized agent to facilitate the reservation with the Supplier. You authorize us to collect your personal and payment information and share necessary details with Suppliers to complete the booking.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and Supplier’s terms, conditions, and policies.
  • We will provide you with a confirmation email containing your booking reference, itinerary, and Supplier details once the reservation is confirmed.
  • It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all details (names, dates, destinations, passport data) immediately upon receiving confirmation. Any errors must be reported to us within 24 hours.
Important: Sky2Road does not guarantee specific seats, meal preferences, or special requests made to Suppliers. These are subject to the Supplier’s sole discretion and availability.

3. Flight Schedule Changes & Irregularities

Airlines and other Suppliers may modify schedules, cancel flights, or change routes at any time. Sky2Road has no control over such operational decisions. If a Supplier makes a significant schedule change (e.g., departure time change exceeding 2 hours), we will use reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information you provided. However, we are not liable for any losses, missed connections, or additional costs arising from schedule changes.

You agree to monitor your flight status directly with the airline and to contact us for assistance with rebooking or refunds permitted by the Supplier’s policy. Any rebooking fees or fare differences imposed by the airline remain your sole responsibility.

4. Airline Policy Dependency

All flight bookings are strictly subject to the applicable airline’s tariff, conditions of carriage, and policies (including but not limited to baggage allowances, check-in deadlines, overbooking compensation, and denied boarding rules). Sky2Road’s role is limited to facilitating the booking and providing assistance. We are not a party to the air carriage contract.

We recommend you review the airline’s terms and conditions before travel. For issues related to flight delays, cancellations, lost baggage, or onboard services, you must seek recourse directly with the airline.

5. Cancellation Rules

Each Supplier defines its own cancellation policy (e.g., non-refundable, partially refundable, or free cancellation within a window). Sky2Road will clearly communicate the cancellation rules applicable to your booking before you confirm payment.

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation: You may request a cancellation by contacting our support team. Cancellation fees, if any, will be determined by the Supplier’s policy and any applicable Sky2Road service fee for processing the cancellation.
  • Non-refundable bookings: Many discounted fares are fully non-refundable. In such cases, no money will be returned unless the Supplier makes an exception.
  • Cancellation by Supplier: If an airline or hotel cancels a confirmed booking (outside of extraordinary circumstances), we will assist you in claiming a refund per the Supplier’s policy, but we do not guarantee compensation.

6. Refund Processing Timelines

When a refund is due (as per Supplier’s policy), Sky2Road will initiate the refund request on your behalf. Refund processing times vary by Supplier:

  • Airlines: typically 7 to 20 business days after approval, but can extend to 8–12 weeks for complex cases.
  • Hotels & packages: usually 14–30 business days.
  • Sky2Road service fees: if a refund of the service fee is warranted under these Terms, we will process it within 10 business days.

We will notify you once the refund is credited to our payment processor, but actual posting time to your bank or card depends on your financial institution. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

7. Service Fees

Sky2Road charges a transparent service fee for our travel assistance, research, booking facilitation, and 24/7 support. The service fee is disclosed to you before you complete any payment. This fee is separate from the base travel price charged by the Supplier.

  • The service fee is non-refundable except in cases where we fail to deliver the agreed assistance due to our own gross negligence.
  • If a Supplier issues a full refund for the travel product, the service fee remains non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to adjust service fees at any time; however, the fee applicable to your booking will be the fee shown at checkout.

8. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal, contact, and payment information.
  • Ensure you possess all necessary travel documents (valid passport, visas, health certificates) required for your destination(s).
  • Comply with all Supplier rules, including check-in times, baggage limits, and health/safety protocols.
  • Review your itinerary and confirmations promptly and notify us of any discrepancies.
  • Maintain adequate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, lost baggage, and trip interruption. Sky2Road strongly recommends travel insurance for all bookings.

9. Payment Terms

All payments for travel products and service fees must be made in full at the time of booking unless a different arrangement is explicitly offered. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

  • You authorize Sky2Road to charge the total amount (Supplier price + service fees + applicable taxes).
  • If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel your booking without prior notice.
  • Prices for travel products are set by Suppliers and are subject to change until fully confirmed. In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and offer a full refund.

10. Chargeback Misuse & Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a charge with your credit card issuer (“chargeback”) without first making a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly with Sky2Road, you will be in violation of these Terms. Chargebacks should only be filed for unauthorized transactions or clear merchant error.

In the event of an improper chargeback (e.g., disputing a valid service fee after receiving assistance, or disputing a non-refundable booking after agreeing to the cancellation policy), Sky2Road reserves the right to:

  • Provide evidence to the payment processor or card network to reverse the chargeback.
  • Recover any associated fees, penalties, and administrative costs (including a minimum $50 chargeback handling fee).
  • Permanently terminate your access to our services.

You agree to contact us first at +1 863 378 3435 for any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky2Road LLC and its employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

  • Any act, error, omission, or negligence of any Supplier (airline, hotel, car rental, cruise line).
  • Flight delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, weather events, natural disasters, or any force majeure event.
  • Personal injury, illness, death, loss of baggage, or property damage occurring during travel.
  • Inability to use our Site or services due to technical failures or internet interruptions.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall be limited to the total amount of service fees paid by you to Sky2Road in the six (6) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for the cost of alternate travel arrangements, missed work, or emotional distress.

12. Independent Travel Assistance Provider – No Airline Affiliation

DISCLAIMER: SKY2ROAD LLC IS AN INDEPENDENT TRAVEL ASSISTANCE COMPANY. WE ARE NOT OWNED, OPERATED, OR AFFILIATED WITH ANY AIRLINE, HOTEL CHAIN, OR GDS PROVIDER. WE DO NOT REPRESENT OURSELVES AS AN AIRLINE. ALL TRADEMARKS, LOGOS, AND AIRLINE NAMES REFERENCED ON OUR SITE ARE THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS AND ARE USED SOLELY FOR IDENTIFICATION PURPOSES TO FACILITATE BOOKINGS. YOUR TRAVEL CONTRACT IS SOLELY WITH THE RELEVANT SUPPLIER.

Sky2Road provides booking assistance and customer support as an independent third party. We do not control flight schedules, safety standards, or pricing set by airlines. Any disputes regarding the actual travel service must be resolved directly with the Supplier, though we will assist you in good faith.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of Sky2Road’s services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

For disputes involving total amounts under $5,000 (excluding legal fees), you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting our support team. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), provided that arbitration shall be conducted in Lakeland, Florida, and each party shall bear its own costs.

14. Modifications & Severability

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date”. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
